I specialize in crafting seamless experiences across autonomous retail, fintech, public sector initiatives, and telecom super apps, blending interaction design with service design thinking. As part of Accenture Song, I’ve led flagship projects like EASE, the world’s first AI-powered telecom store, and GoChat, UAE’s super app - while also designing public sector solutions for the Government of India and enterprise tools for Bank of America.
